The New Master Plan

I have additional plans for my Master Plan.

1) Start Flyer Company.
2) Start Chauffeuring Service.

Oh my, my hands would be really tied if all would to happen. I once read some where whereby one should decide on a plan and follow to its end. But I seems to change my plan every now and then. I wonder is it good or bad to practice that that often. I have this habit whereby I always felt that my plans were not that good and need some amendment.

Anyway, Mr Ben, my tekong buddy have gave me some really good advices. He advised me to build JDMCarTuner.com with passion and interests, and not to do it just for the sake of having meat in the website. This reminded me that I started JDMCarTuner.com with passion and now slowly, I kinda dread doing articles and debugging scripts. LOLz.

I'm officially a property agent! I joined HSR recently and have been attending courses. I really hate talking to strangers thou but this is one fear I need to conquer. I have been living in my comfort zone for two long, and it's time to step out and embrace the society!

Holidays is over, time to work and work hard!

New toys and a brand new start

Finally, I bough a new scanner (The old HP scanner automatically added streaks of colour on every scan I made) . I got the Canon LiDE 90 for SGD$175.00 from Sim Lim. The salesman made a quick commission from this deal as I just walk in, grab, pay and go. He just lifted his finger and point me where they kept the stocks. I find the scanner a tad slow as compared to my previous HP ones and the images where pretty dark. The scanner is actually categorized as the latest high end consumer model from Canon which was a established, well-known imaging company. Oh ya, there weren't much competition in the market for scanners now a days. MFC rules and killed off this market(MFC = Multi Function Center or what).

Later in the morning at 9.30AM (Now is 3.02, GMT +8:00), I meeting Mr Don, my buddy to sign up for the property agent course. Once I completes all the courses, I will be officially a property agent capable to process selling, buying and renting of any property estates in Singapore. En block Takashimaya will be my goal!

Finally, JDMCarTuner.com got revamped (Once again for the 4Th time!) Let just hope I get to finish it by February. I will do it with interest and passion this time! Kudos to Ben for that enlightenment.

The First Day of the Year.

Yep, the first day of new year has come once again. Average man on earth get to enjoy this day for 75 time, and this is my 25Th time. I was feeling a bit disappointed yet happy. I'm happy because is a new month and I have new goal to achieve. I'm disappointed is because I didn't complete JDMCarTuner.com by December. I tried to have at least a basic model for JDMCarTuner.com. But laziness and poor sense of art direction lead me to today.

I have redesigned the logo and index page of JDMCarTuner.com. It was more professional and pleasant looking. And I'm pretty happy with the end result.

Goal for January 2008
1) Complete JDMCarTuner.com
2) Complete JDMCarTuner.com - Tuning Zone
3) Solve all ht access issues
4) Source for more cash - S$800
5) Start project " The wealthy way"
6) Plan for next project "cooking"
7) Buy Scanner
8) Redesign my room.

Xiao Qian & Randy's Big Day

My cousin (Xiao Qian) and Randy got married yesterday. There were many bloopers whereby during the exchange of vows, Xiao Qian misread the surname of her husband. LOL. Of course the crowd burst into laughter. I realised Randy made great speech. He is well composed when he was delivering the "thank you" speech at the end of the ceremony. I though to myself that that's also one of the skills that a successful man must possess.

I got up late again. Been lazy around and have not been touching on JDMCarTuner.com.com recently. Lazy has always been my number one bad habit. Today is also Xiao Qian and Randy's wedding dinner. The place was nice but was badly located. The restaurant (Paramount Restaurant) was surrounded by sleazy pubs. You are greeted with Philippine & Indonesia girls wearing also very sleazily. This is a very bad influence to the younger generation. Then again, the food were great, service was par and atmosphere was wonderful. I was think when will my turn comes to walk the aisle with my future partner. Tomorrow will be the very last day of 2007. Although there isn't much accomplishment for me, I just hope that next year would be a fruitful and successful year for me. I got a whole list of tasks and projects to complete. Hope I will complete them all. Enjoy the photos!

The Fall Back Plan

Today I was reprimanded by my buddy and it was harsh. He threw question about what I have planned for my future. Unfortunately, I couldn't answer them. Yes, I have plans to start a series of websites which will generate passive income to fund my other projects. But I didn't consider the fact that what if all websites didn't work. What if none really take off after 2-3 years. Yup, that sums everything up. He was asking me why didn't I step up to the challenge of being a property agent which can be pretty rewarding. You could practice and brush up your selling skills, make lots of money and have a bigger exposure which was what ones need in order to be successful.

I was ashamed, very ashamed. How can I preach my thoughts to my other friend when I didn't even practice what I know. Don said we are restarting today. I am thankful to him after what I have done. Thanks for keeping me in track, buddy!
